Fluke's Folly #1
Local Name:
Fluke's Folly #1
Depth:
Depth is approximately 75 feet.
Anchoring:
This wreck was discovered by anchoring on G-Buoy coral head and swimming out on a course of 300 deg mag. However, after plotting the wreck, it is certainly much closer to K-9 Coral head (about 1/3 the distance), so swimming out from K-9 coral head is the way to go!

Notes:
This wreck was discovered (at least as far as I am concerned!) on 8/27/2005 by Linda Fluke and myself while on a "junk dive" from G-Buoy coral head. This is just another LCM. Nothing too exciting. It sits upright on the bottom. It appears that the engines were stripped from it before sinking. The wreck is named after Linda. She is PCSing in September 2005 and had hoped to have a wreck named after her before leaving. Luckily, we found something for her to put her name on! Now we called this "Fluke's Folly #1" in hopes that Linda will be back soon for another tour and join us to find more wrecks!
