Sailboat
Local Name:
Sailboat
Depth:
About 100 feet.
Anchoring:
This is up on the reef on the lagoon side just north of Carlson. This is best done on a calm day. You want to go to the wreck via the coordinates given and then go towards the reef and anchor in the shallow water. There is not a lot to catch the anchors on, so be real careful to ensure that you are hooked good!

Notes:
Once you are securely anchored, use the GPS to determine the bearing to the wreck. It is at the bottom of the sandy slope at about 100 feet. The time I was there I saw several nice lionfish hanging out on the wreck. This is a "modern" wreck. I wish I had some more information as to when this actually sunk, but I don't think it was too long ago.
